  • 1.3 The Trenz account is for the sole use of the original registrant of the account; you may not lend, give, rent, sell or in any other way license your Trenz account to any third party for compensation or free of charge without the written permission of Trenz, otherwise, you shall bear any liability arising therefrom.
      • 2. Limited use license
  • 2.1 When you use the Services provided by Trenz, unless otherwise agreed, Trenz hereby grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sub-contractable, revocable license to use the software, platform or reports provided by Trenz that are included in the Services. Unless prohibited by law from making the following restrictions or unless you have obtained written permission from Trenz. You may not.
  • 2.2 Transfer, sell or rent the Trenz service or any part of the software, platform or reports contained therein.
  • 2.3 Modifying, editing or creating derivative works for software, platforms and reports.
  • 2.4 dissemination or public demonstration of the services or the software, platforms or reports contained in Trenz's advertisements.
  • 2.5 Modify or copy materials to remove any copyright or other proprietary symbols from the materials
  • 2.6 Attempts to reverse engineer or otherwise act on any software contained on our site in an attempt to obtain the source code of that software.
  • 2.7 Transferring data to others or "mirroring" data on any other server.
  • 2.8 Any other use for purposes other than those set forth in these Terms of Service or as determined in writing by the parties. Also, as a condition of using the services provided by Trenz, you agree to use Trenz's services in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations that expressly permit such use, and that your use will not be for any infringing, illegal or criminal activity, and that you will not contribute to or assist in any infringing, illegal or criminal action through Trenz's services. In particular, where the Trenz Services allow or require you to fill in web links and/or upload data or other content (collectively, "User Content"), you shall ensure that the User Content and the content to which it indirectly refers are legal and compliant and free from any infringing, illegal or crime-breaking content, and that you do not upload/post User Content without the permission of Trenz You may not upload/post any form of advertising content without the permission of Trenz. You hereby agree to authorize Trenz to use your company name, trademarks, service marks and or trade marks in connection with commercial promotions on its website, marketing materials and press releases.
      • 3. Limited liability
  • 3.1 As the world's leading advertising marketing analytics platform, Trenz is committed to providing users with a full range of mobile advertising marketing analytics tools.
  • 3.2 Trenz authorizes users to use Trenz and other analysis system software for the classification, search, monitoring and viewing of the User's existing materials, and users shall comply with national laws and regulations and website rules and agreements when using Trenz and other analysis system software public network information crawling tools for material crawling, and the materials obtained by users are for monitoring and learning purposes only and shall not be used for other commercial use. If the user uses the tools and technology provided by Trenz for purposes other than this agreement or for illegal use, Trenz shall not be liable. The text, images, videos and other contents shown in the software are captured by the user, and the copyright of the above text, images, videos and other contents belong to the copyright owner. Trenz.com, we will take appropriate measures promptly to avoid unnecessary trouble for both parties.
  • 3.3 Trenz is committed to providing reasonable, accurate and complete information about the advertising market, but does not guarantee the reasonableness, accuracy and completeness of the information and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by unreasonable, inaccurate or omitted information.   • 3.4 Trenz will use comprehensive security measures to keep the content in the Software from being lost or misused, and the Software is exempt from liability for any damage caused by force majeure that affects the normal operation of the network, such as hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion or attacks, or temporary shutdown due to government regulation.
  • 3.5 If the Software needs to suspend service due to system maintenance or upgrade, it will be announced in advance. If the service is suspended due to line or hardware failure or other force majeure beyond the control of the Company, the Software shall not be liable for any loss caused during such suspension.

The software is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from the improper use of the information provided by the software, such as plagiarism for direct commercial production.   • Trenz is always changing and improving the services it offers. Trenz may add or remove features to a service, or may suspend or discontinue a service altogether. For users of free services, you may stop using Trenz's services at any time, and Trenz may stop providing services to you at any time, or may add or place new restrictions on Trenz's services at any time. However, for users of paid services, if Trenz changes or discontinues a service, Trenz will, where possible, provide reasonable advance notice to the user and allow the user to be informed of and agree to such changes and to have the opportunity to back up and transfer data retained by the user in Trenz(in the event of a service discontinuation). Trenz reserves the right to terminate the provision of said services to the User at any time without prior notice if the User violates the rules of conduct set forth in these Terms of Service.And PiPADS is not required to refund the membership fee charged. If the user causes damage to PiPADS, PiPADS has the right to pursue the financial loss from the user.
